Application foundation
A flexible foundation for custom business applications.
DEVTom Engine, also called dt-engine, is under active development. We use it on selected projects that need more control over how an application stores data, connects to other systems and runs in its hosting environment.
We start with your workflow, data, existing tools and hosting needs. We then choose a suitable foundation, which may include DAZZM Studio, DEVTom Engine, or established open-source and cloud technologies.
DAZZM Studio remains an important application-development platform in our toolkit. It helps organize application data, workflows, user roles and business rules.
DEVTom Engine complements the other platforms we use. We choose it for projects that need more direct control over their data, system connections and deployment.

AI is integral to DEVTom Engine’s design. An application can bring its records, source material and business rules into a workflow that drafts content, prepares a message or checks a specification. The engine runs the AI requests, validates structured results and records each call; the application provides the review and approval steps. We also use AI in development, with architecture decisions, code review, testing and deployment controls.
DEVTom Engine is under active development and used on selected DEVTom projects. Its API and operation catalogue already check what each user is allowed to do. The next direction is to let authorized AI agents carry out the same business operations as people, with the same rules and approvals. The complete agent interface and access mechanisms, including an MCP connection, are planned work.
